1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kexsivaju's services. By engaging with us, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kexsivaju provides regulatory pathway solutions, compliance advisory, and rights architecture services in Malaysia. Services are delivered as agreed in individual engagement letters or contracts.
3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with Malaysian law and professional standards. Information disclosed to us is protected and not shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and advice provided by Kexsivaju remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may use deliverables solely for the purpose intended in your engagement.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual engagement agreements. Payment terms are net 30 days unless specified otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Malaysian law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kexsivaju's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement or arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in compliance with applicable Malaysian privacy laws. We collect and use data solely to deliver services and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
